Shipping process
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which means that we have started working on your order. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). If you place your order before 12pm CST, we will start working on your order that same day. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with a tracking number, which you can enter here to see where your order is. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday). Currently we only ship free of charge within the contiguous USA.
Delays
Sometimes there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, peak holiday periods, etc. If you do not receive your order within 6-9 business days (Monday-Friday), please be patient and allow an additional 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for your order to arrive. If you still haven't received your order, please contact us at sales@remoteworkerwellness.com and we will assist you.
Damaged or wrong items
Have you received a damaged or wrong item? We are very sorry, but these things happen. Please take a picture of the problem and send it to sales@remoteworkerwellness.com. We will sort out the problem for you and make sure you receive the correct, undamaged item.
Cancellations
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, you can do so by emailing us at sales@remoteworkerwellness.com. Please do this as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed we will not be able to cancel it.
