Can I return an item?

Sure, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) and then it takes another 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) to receive the order.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, if you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, you can do so by emailing us at sales@remoteworkerwellness.com. Please do this as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed we will not be able to cancel it.

Is there any restocking fee?

Yes, we charge a 30% restocking fee.

Is it possible to exchange an item?

Yes it is, just email us at sales@remoteworkerwellness.com and tell us which item you would like to exchange and why. We will do our best to get you what you really want.
