Q. What if my shipment is delayed?
A. If your shipment is delayed,  the delayed status of your shipment will be shown in the track order box. You can view an updated timeline by using the track order box, or by contacting us at sales@remoteworkerwellness.com
Additionally, if you do not receive your order within 6-9 days (1-2 days handling + 5-7 days shipping), we ask you to please be patient and wait additional 3 days for the order to arrive. If your order still isn't hasn't arrived by then, please contact us at sales@remoteworkerwellness.com and we'll assist you.

Q. How do I change my delivery address?

Q. Can I return my purchase?
A. Yes, we have a 30 day, no questions asked guarantee. However please keep in mind that we charge a 30% restocking fee.
