Our founder, Aaron, spent many years as a fully remote worker for a technology company. His days consisted of back-to-back video calls. Although he enjoyed his work, he soon realized that his body was suffering and he felt drained both mentally and physically.
Determined to find a solution, Aaron discovered the importance of establishing a wellness routine and achieving a healthy work-life balance. He founded Remote Worker Wellness to help other remote workers avoid burnout and fitness issues.
